User Content and Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to images, designs, and other content you submit ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that: (a) you own the User Content or have obtained all licenses, permissions, and rights necessary to use it and to authorize us to reproduce it on physical products; (b) the User Content does not infringe or violate any copyright, trademark, right of publicity, right of privacy, or other intellectual-property or proprietary right of any third party; and (c) the User Content complies with all applicable laws. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce, modify, and display your User Content solely as necessary to fulfill your orders and operate the service.

Prohibited Content

You may not submit or request production of any content that:

• Infringes any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property right — including logos, characters, artwork, photographs, fonts, or brand assets you do not own or have written permission to use
• Depicts, promotes, or exploits minors in any sexual or otherwise inappropriate manner
• Promotes violence, terrorism, hate speech, or discrimination against any person or group
• Contains sexually explicit material depicting any person without their consent
• Depicts or promotes illegal activity
• Impersonates any person or entity, or violates any person's right of publicity or privacy
• Is otherwise unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or fraudulent

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without prior notice, to reject any submission, cancel any order, remove any content, and suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms. Orders canceled for material violations may not be eligible for refund.

No Responsibility for User Content

We do not pre-review all User Content and assume no responsibility or liability for content submitted by users. Sole responsibility for User Content rests with the person who submitted it.
